The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv seized these hotels and decided to transfer the property to the management of the ARMA asset management agency.
All this happened because of the beneficiary of the network "Akivison Serhii Ihorovych".
According to Opendatabot, there is a bogus person, but if you search where the other hotels of the chain are registered, you can see the country Russia and this very person - Akivison Serhiy Ihorovych.
According to eyewitnesses in Odessa and the registry in Russia, he is the owner of all hotels.
