The chain of hotels belongs to an enterprise whose beneficial owners are citizens of the Russian Federation, the Prosecutor General's Office says. "Officials of the hotel management company forged official documents, thus he received a controlling stake in the hotel chain," the message says.
In addition to real estate, the court seized the corporate rights of the company that owns the hotel chain, for a total of UAH 100 million. The issue of the transfer of the arrested person to the ARMA department is resolved.
