At the request of Lviv prosecutors, the court seized the corporate rights and property of the Reikartz Hotel Group chain, which has about 60 hotels in Ukraine and is owned by Russian businessman Yuriy Vasin. 80% of the authorized capital and property in the amount of more than UAH 55 million are transferred to state management.
As reported on Monday, September 19, the prosecutor's office of the Lviv region, by court decision, a seizure was imposed on corporate rights in the amount of almost 80% of the charter capital of a network of well-known hotels for a total amount of over UAH 15.5 million, and on real estate objects - a recreation center, a plot of land and a private residential building. The total amount of seized property is over UAH 55 million, and its owner is a citizen of the Russian Federation. The seized property is transferred to the ARMA administration.
